Given the volatility and uncertainty in the equity markets and the mixed yields in the fixed income markets, many investors desire to increase their exposure to real estate to include assets such as apartments, hotels, retirement communities, office buildings and retail properties. 

The Dutch real estate market has gone through a strong recovery and there is great interest from Dutch and foreign (private) investors.
